BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Saint Joseph's College women's cross country team placed sixth with 169 points in the 6K Bowdoin College Invitational on Saturday. Heather Eaton (Lincolnville, Maine) paced the Monks and placed fifth out of 116 runners overall with a 23:34 time.
Bowdoin College, featuring five of the top six runners, cruised to the invitational title with 16 points, well ahead of runner-up Colby College (63 points). Bowdoin's Sarah Kelley won the event with a 23:14 performance, 17 seconds ahead of her teammate, Lucy Skinner.

- Junior Jill Keimach (Scarborough, Maine) was 88th (30:10)
- Junior Marisa Lundy (Merrimac, Mass.) raced to a 91st-place finish (30:23)
